Insurance & Payment

Savage Wellness is a private-pay practice and does not bill commercial insurance. Payment is due at the time of service, and superbills are available upon request for insurance reimbursement. Auto insurance is accepted and billed directly for motor vehicle accident-related care. To maintain timely, patient-centered care, we do not participate in third-party billing arrangements such as liens or letters of protection.
